We’re on the lookout for a digitally-minded creative who can design and build with confidence. Someone who gets stuck in, balances big-picture thinking with brilliant execution, and wants to be part of something exciting from the inside.
The Role
This is a rare hybrid role for a junior or midweight digital designer/developer with a strong eye for design and the technical know-how to bring it to life. You’ll be working across a wide range of client projects, from bespoke Webflow website builds and brand visuals to UI/UX tweaks and the occasional campaign landing page.
You’ll be supported by our core team but expected to take ownership of your workstreams, juggle responsibilities, and move quickly and cleanly through the workweek. We’re not expecting perfection – but we do expect passion, attention to detail, and pride in what you put out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing high-quality websites, pages, and digital experiences across desktop and mobile
- Building responsive sites in Webflow (or willing to learn fast)
- Collaborating closely with our team on branding, creative direction, and UI/UX
- Managing your own time and workstreams (with support)
- Making basic HTML/CSS edits and understanding responsive design
- Occasionally getting involved in SEO, PPC, or site performance tasks
- Taking part in client calls and team meetings
Must-Haves
- Some experience designing or developing websites
- A solid design eye (we’re big on minimal, clean work)
- Familiarity with tools like Webflow and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a tight-knit team
- Confident communication, especially when facing clients
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn fast
- Able to travel into the office in Basildon most days
Nice-to-Haves
- SEO or PPC knowledge
- Experience with Figma, Zapier, Javascript/JQuery, Wordpress, Shopify
- Basic understanding of animation (GSAP or Webflow interactions)
- E-commerce or CMS experience
What You’ll Get
- 28 days paid leave (including bank holidays)
- An additional 2 weeks off over Christmas and New Year
- Monthly team meals and socials
- A seat at the table – your voice will shape projects
- A role where you learn fast and grow fast
- A creative, relaxed, high-performing culture
- Profit share scheme
- Career progression opportunities and support for professional certifications
- High-spec equipment and tools provided
- Snack-stocked kitchen and unlimited coffee
- On-site parking
