About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional product experience through engagement with adult smokers/dualist/nicotine pouch users and executing POS Material + Incentives within stores. The role is an important strategic focus of the launches and roll outs of our clients new products and therefore this role is fundamental to the success and continuation of their launch as well as supporting in store activation & brand advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day reporting/feedback, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed, ie: KPI tracking, consumer insights, in store incentive results & ensuring all store incentives are reported & paid out correctly.
  • You will support Vape Stores and convenience stores with in-store presence, where you will engage with in store employees & store managers to drive product visibility.
  • Promoting brand awareness, increasing product visibility, and supporting sales within the assigned territory.
  • Provide product training, support and assistance to effectively promote and sell products.
  • In collaboration with other Ambassadors & the marketing team, you will work within territory venues such as Vape/convenience stores to enable small scale activations/events such as Expo’s & Trade shows in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.
  • Represent the company with the utmost of professionalism, presentation and enthusiasm, ensuring we are following all regulatory and age gating guidelines.
  • Gather, collate and report back on competitor products to include, market share, pricing and availability.

Your Profile

  • Strong with administration & reporting.
  • Comfortable approaching B2B & B2C customers.
  • Ability to interact face-to-face with consumers in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships and store management.
  • Must be fluent in English (Speaking, writing and reading).
  • Strong resilience and desire to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment with a great adaptive personality.
  • Ability to build and develop collaborative relationships - internal and external.
  • Make it happen personality who can get things done fast - Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • A full UK driving license and own vehicle is required for this role – field based.
