A small and friendly Primary school based in Tunbridge Wells are looking for a strong Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their Team. The roll is full-time staring January 6th 2025 ending 14th February 2025. The school aims to aspire for excellence in every area, to enable children to flourish and fulfil their potential, leaving them as well-rounded and confident individuals. Key responsibilities as a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant: Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need additional help. Ensuring that students stay focused and engaged in lessons. Setting up classroom resources, materials, and activities before lessons. Assisting teachers with assessing students\’ work and providing feedback. Assisting with promoting children\’s well-being and safeguarding.Requirements as a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant: Knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Hold the right to work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply. Relevant experience in the industry.
