Salary range: £24,000 - £36,000 per annum

Location: Bristol, Glasgow or Manchester, but would consider any office for the right candidate

Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home.

Role Description

The EDF Nuclear Business Unit in Frazer-Nash manages and delivers large frameworks and programmes that make a difference in the world. Our team provides support to the existing and future civil nuclear fleet. Due to organisational changes within the sector we are now looking for a Technical Clerk to join the team to assist with providing efficiency and cost savings to the back-office functions across all of our EDF frameworks.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the Frazer-Nash CEMAR accounts.
  • Interface with EDF client back offices to resolve Request for Service (RFS) and Contract Instruction (CI) issues where appropriate.
  • Record and update contracts on the Framework databases, i.e. Offers, CIs and Variations.
  • Monthly accruals and invoicing via the Monthly Status Reports (MSR).
  • Process and issue all framework invoices via FinOps and Tungsten.
  • Ensure all Consultants with accounts have their Inductions/training at specific sites kept up to date.
  • Ensure all Consultants with accounts security vetting is kept up to date.
  • Track variation of contracts (VOC).
  • Ensure documents and templates are kept updated and are available on the EDF SharePoint sites.
  • Maintain the framework SharePoint.

Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
