About The Role Are you ready to make a difference in your community? LiveWest is looking for a dedicated Estate Supervisor to help keep our estates clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers. As a part of our Estate Services team, you will bring a blend of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking expertise to ensure our communal spaces are places that our customers are proud to call home. Key Responsibilities Ensure the communal areas of estates are clean, tidy and well maintained in line with agreed service standards. Clean communal areas including stairwells, communal walkways, laundry areas and communal rooms. Ensure that communal garden areas are kept tidy and well maintained using appropriate hand tools and powered equipment. Ensure that bin areas are clean, regularly disinfected and tidy. Undertake minor maintenance works within communal areas that do not require specialist training. Ensure that required repair or maintenance works to common areas requiring specialist knowledge and skills are promptly reported to the appropriate teams. We have 2 positions available and they are being offered on a full time , permanent basis and will be based in the Bristol/South Gloucestershire area.
