This role plays a key part in realising Omni’s mission to help organisations transform the way they resource — for the better.
As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll be embedded within the recruitment team, delivering high-impact, brand-led direct hiring solutions across permanent, fixed-term and contingent roles. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including direct sourcing, screening, selection, and shortlisting of top-tier candidates for Omni’s clients. Your focus will be on aligning the right talent with the right opportunity while maintaining a seamless, professional experience for both candidates and clients.
Success in this role comes from leveraging effective sourcing strategies, delivering consistently high-quality outcomes, and meeting individual and team-based performance targets — all while championing service excellence at every stage of the hiring journey.
What you’ll be doing:
- Use all sourcing channels to identify and attract suitable candidates
- Conduct screening calls to assess qualifications and suitability
- Deliver diverse, pre-screened candidate shortlists within agreed timescales
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through regular communication
- Negotiate offers and ensure onboarding checks are completed before start dates
- Keep accurate records in ATS, CRM, and other recruitment systems
- Participate in ongoing training to improve recruitment skills and knowledge
About You:
- Good understanding of recruitment industry, trends, terminology, and required skills
- Background in Civil Engineering or Construction desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice, codes of conduct, and compliance
- Experienced with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Skilled in using multiple sourcing channels, job boards, social media, and networks
- Proven customer service and recruitment delivery experience with strong communication
- Strong organisation, negotiation, problem solving, and time management skills
