The responsibilities include: * Care Captain: Oversee and support our care staff, making sure each resident’s care plan is followed to perfection. * Care Maestro: Ensure that every aspect of care – from daily routines to special needs – is handled with flair and compassion. * Medication Marvel: Administer medication safely and confidently, using your NVQ/SVQ Level 3 qualification to its fullest.
