Trintech is a multi-award-winning cloud-based Fintech provider and we're seeking an analytical and collaborative Operations Manager to join our dynamic EMEA Professional Services team! You’ll be the operational engine supporting project setup, billing, reporting, and process optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal, helping ensure that every services engagement runs smoothly and efficiently—behind the scenes and in front of customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create and maintain Salesforce projects, ensuring clean data and accurate setup
- Track billing milestones and coordinate with Finance for timely invoicing
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce for leadership visibility
- Partner with Sales and Legal to draft and align Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Keep services documentation and templates up to date (SOWs, pricing, resource forecasts)
- Support pre-sales scoping and delivery planning
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent processes across regions
- Handoff project summaries to Customer Success after go-lives
- Contribute to collateral updates and internal service playbooks
- Drive continuous improvements in how we deliver and scale services
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years in operations, project coordination, or professional services (SaaS/consulting preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce, especially project setup & reporting
- Solid understanding of financial operations and billing processes
- Excellent attention to detail and structured in how you manage processes
- Strong communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with project planning tools (PM certification is a plus)
- BI/reporting tool experience (e.g., Salesforce reports, Power BI, Excel pivots)
