Central Employment are working with an established Digital Creative Agency, as they look to appoint a SEO Executive (Technical/Content).
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the search engine landscape, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns, as well as drive link-building initiatives to improve organic search rankings.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored SEM strategies to achieve their goals and drive results.
- Plan, execute and monitor SEM campaigns across various search engines and platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimisation.
- Optimise ad copy and landing pages for maximum click-through and conversion rates.
- Perform link audits and analysis to identify and resolve potential issues with client link profiles.
- Conduct regular audits of our website to identify technical issues that may affect search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimising website structure, page speed, and other technical aspects of SEO.
- Work with developers to ensure that website code is optimised for search engines and that best practices are followed.
- Monitor website performance metrics and use data to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate multi-disciplinary initiatives with other marketing channels (e.g. social media, content marketing, etc.).
- 2 yearsβ experience ideally within an agency environment.
- Experience in SEM and SEO.
- Experience in a client facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
