This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career, leading innovative HV projects across the country while managing and developing a growing team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and engineering analysis of High Voltage (HV) systems
- Manage in-house design processes to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with client requirements and industry standards
- Liaise with external consultants and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs)
- Take ownership of the team’s technical output
- Mentor, develop, and expand the engineering team
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance customer offerings and explore opportunities in new HV markets
- Proven experience in the HV power transmission and distribution sector
- A relevant engineering qualification
- Strong people and project management skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with commercial awareness
