Role: Organisational Design Specialist
Location: Abbey Wood Bristol North – 2/3 days per week onsite
Minimum Requirement:
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation, in different contexts.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Problem solving across organisational boundaries, using sound judgement and interpretive skills.
- Is flexible and able to work with agility and through uncertainty.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a small team.

- Experience having done organisational design.
