Role: Organisational Design Specialist

Location: Abbey Wood Bristol North – 2/3 days per week onsite

Minimum Requirement:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation, in different contexts.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Problem solving across organisational boundaries, using sound judgement and interpretive skills.
  • Is flexible and able to work with agility and through uncertainty.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a small team.

Additional Experience:

  • Experience having done organisational design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels – internal and external.
  • Trade union engagement.
  • Shared services experience.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Open to any sector – having a good breadth of experience across the board.
  • Structure, culture, systems.
