Overview

At Connells, we\’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to complement our residential sales team as a Senior Sales Negotiator in branch in Abingdon. OTE £40,000 – uncapped commission – career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book valuations
• Conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Skills and experience required

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
