About the Role:
Minimum 5 years UK experience needed, London office/site based. New Build Residential Developments experience with strong planning expertise, on-site experience and a solid understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles. Highly organized to play a key role in developing, monitoring, and updating construction project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

We prioritise quality at every stage of the development process and place strong emphasis on sustainability incorporating energy efficiency and minimising environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for complex projects using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and reporting on any delays or risks.
- Integrate subcontractor schedules into the overall program.
- Prepare and present progress reports, schedule updates and look-ahead programs for project meetings.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather real-time progress data and incorporate it into the master schedule.
- Support pre-construction planning, including preparing baseline programs.
- Ensure planning and programming activities comply with project specifications.
- Perform critical path analysis and suggest mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Contribute to progress reporting, risk management, and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning, preferably with exposure to large-scale or complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in project planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project lifecycles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
