Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team of their senior living luxury homes business, on a contract of six to nine months minimum, with perm potential, to come in and help develop new business in this growing business sector.

The ideal candidate must be able to come in and hit the ground running, as this is a busy team. They must have previous experience in digital marketing and strong communication skills, complemented by a high level of numeracy and analytical aptitude. They must be comfortable delivering on multiple work streams and prioritising conflicting demands.

A thorough understanding of digital, design and print processes is required, along with creative flair and the ability to translate messages into impactful marketing materials.

This Marketing Manager should have high personal, professional, and ethical standards, be a self-starter, have meticulous attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile.

Solid experience in digital marketing, and expertise in Canva and Mail Chimp etc, is essential. In addition, strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential, as is a degree from a recognised university or business school.

Contract: Minimum 6 – 9 months with Perm potential

Based: Hybrid (3 days office)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to the overall marketing & sales strategy
  • Develop & deliver digital marketing plans
  • Prepare digital marketing content
  • Ensure delivery of digital marketing materials / advertising & PR – liaising with key stakeholders
  • Agree sales event plans
  • Create and manage networks and partnerships
  • Develop and deliver local PR plans, liaising with PR agency / local media
  • Analyse, evaluate and adapt project marketing activity, as required
