At Currys our main base is the Currys London Campus at WeWork Waterloo which is the world's largest co-working space. We're looking for a Corporate Workspace Manager to join us on a part-time basis working 30 hours per week to oversee the smooth and effective utilisation of our London Campus workspace as well as access to our other WeWork Corporate workspaces across England. You'll also support our CEO and EXCO (C suite executives) as an on-site support and as an ambassador for our values, brand and organisation, represent Currys with WeWork, visitors and suppliers.
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Effective administration, authorisation and oversight of meeting room/workspace booking and utilisation for all WeWork Corporate Workspaces
- To be present on site, 4 days a week and act as contact for all colleagues and visitors working with the facilities team and Executive Assistant (EA) population to ensure constant onsite cover
- Being the London Campus fire marshall and first aider
- Working closely with the Currys Facilities team and WeWork account manager and community team to ensure facilities and workspaces are fit for purpose and provide maximum benefit for colleagues and visitors
- Working closely with the Communications team to communicate to colleagues any relevant workspace news/changes to Corporate workspaces
- Managing the approval of all room bookings in Waterloo and (some) regional locations, acting as the escalation point for all regional location bookings
- Gathering weekly and monthly data and insight on usage from WeWork and report to key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Covering EA responsibilities for the CEO's EA during periods of absence and working as part of the broader EA community in Currys, sharing best practice and covering where needed, providing London Campus support for CEO and EXCO members and their visitors when alternative EA support is not present
You will need:
- Previous experience of providing EA support to C Suite executives
- Facilities or office management experience
- Organised, with strong problem-solving skills and a solution focused mindset
- Ability to plan and deliver events
- Ability to create insights from data and translate into recommendations
