ALN TA’s/Additional Learning Education Needs Teaching Assistants needed for January in Monmouthshire! Are you a passionate and dedicated ALN TA/Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting and varied opportunity? Do you have experience with ASD, Autism or any additional learning needs? Are you strong in behaviour management? This large Secondary school are seeking to appoint a strong, experienced Teaching Assistants to support in various roles. The roles are full time in the first instance with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The successful Teaching Assistants will work with the teachers to maintain an innovative, dynamic and engaging environment. You will be required to interact and support students to reach their full potential. You will be able to demonstrate good behaviour management skills along with excellent communication skills. If you have relevant experience, hold a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children’s Learning and Development or equivalent and are confident in teaching English and Maths up to GCSE level then this role is for you!
