A highly successful, growing business based in Kingston, Surrey is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. You will work closely with the Finance Director and the wider business to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and insightful reporting to enable informed financial decision making.
Please note – this role offers hybrid working – two days per week in the office and three at home.
As the FP&A Analyst, you will:
- Manage the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasting.
- Assist with monthly management accounts and provide variance analysis.
- Deliver insightful commentary on financial performance.
- Work with business partners to gather data and provide insight.
- Develop KPI reports and dashboards.
To be suitable for this role, you will have a good understanding of FP&A and possess circa two years' experience in a commercial finance role. You will have strong Excel skills, great attention to detail, and possess high levels of accuracy. ACCA, AAT or CIMA qualification would be advantageous, although not essential.
The salary on offer for this role is £42,000 plus benefits.
