We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional to join our Campaigns and Regional Engagement team. You will assist in raising the profile of physiotherapy throughout London, the South-East Coast, the East Midlands and the East of England, and support our work to influence key stakeholders.
Through the development of effective communications, you will engage and inspire Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) members to promote the value of physiotherapy in their communities, whilst also building opportunities to increase the profession’s influence with local decision makers. The role also involves substantial input into CSP campaigns and events.
First class communication skills, confidence and self-motivation are essential attributes for this role, along with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries. Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will also need expertise in at least one, and preferably several, of the following: stakeholder engagement, media and PR, online communications, video production, public affairs, writing for publications and event management.
You must be able to travel within the regions specified and be willing to undertake some work in the evenings and on weekends. Homeworking is subject to meeting assessment requirements, which includes a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.
