180 House... Located in a historic spot where the Strand and Fleet Street meet, 180 House spans two slots and features an outdoor terrace, a rooftop pool and views over the city. A go-to destination for an elegant lunch or dinner, the eighth-floor dining room offers an elevated experience. Casual dining can be found in the rest of the club and on the rooftop terrace. There is a wide selection of wines and new seasonal cocktails, which can be enjoyed with lunch, dinner or after hours.
The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our Central London team at 180 House (WC2R 1EA). As a breakfast chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food off the club breakfast menu. You'll oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries and also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.
