Position: Building Services Engineer Location: Cardiff Duration: Permanent Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 subject to experience level We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on a static site in Cardiff This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance for a small number of buildings on one site. This will include dealing with emergency lighting, ahu and fan coil maintenance, control panels, water testing, flushing, plant room maintenance and compliance maintenance The right person for this position will be based in a commutable distance to Cardiff.
