The purpose of our chef lecturer is to prepare students for a career within the hospitality industry whilst working with colleagues to run a successful training restaurant. The successful applicant will be an individual who wants to join a dynamic team who work in a challenging environment, has a real commitment to the development of skills and knowledge within the catering industry, as well as a desire to influence the growth of the sector as a whole.
