A new and exciting 51 luxury lodge resort set in the grounds of Chester Zoo is opening August 2025 and we are on the lookout for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team. Nestled in nature and designed to offer an unparalleled guest experience. The Reserve combines world-class amenities with a unique sense of adventure and tranquillity.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key part in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our stunning new property. You'll support the housekeeping team by overseeing the daily operations and ensuring all lodges and public areas meet the luxury standards of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily housekeeping operations across The Reserve
- Conducting room and area checks to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Supporting and mentoring a housekeeping team, leading by example
- Coordinating rotas and daily task allocations
- Supporting in managing inventory levels for cleaning supplies and linen
- Reporting maintenance issues and working closely with other departments
- Helping to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience from check-in to check-out
