Are you an enthusiastic and forward looking Site Manager looking to add one of the biggest names in the industry to your CV? We are delighted to work with this housebuilding powerhouse as they add a Site Manager to their team to ensure they have the right people in place to support the delivery of their upcoming developments.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, typical day-to-day site duties for a Site Manager will include:
- Organise all labour on site, including Sub-Contractors.
- Quality Control.
- Make sure all plant and machines are used safely and efficiently on site.
- Maintaining safety records and carrying out audits.
- Keeping site records up to date.
- Checking time sheets.
- Ensure site is tidy.
- Keeping safety/scaffold/plant registers up to date.
We are looking for candidates who are goal-focused, methodical thinkers, enjoy the hustle of a busy site and have the enthusiasm for the industry to drive the program! A proven track record delivering newly built homes is a must given the nature and pace of this role. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates are also required to be considered for this position.
