Excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Architect to join a busy, central Manchester Architectural practice to work on a mixture of Student Accommodation, Residential and Commercial projects.
Hybrid working is part of the company ethos here. Max 3-days required in the office.
We are recruiting on behalf of a busy studio that have ambitions to grow their Manchester hub with the hire of 2 new Architectural professionals, an Architectural Technologist and an Architect. They are currently home to around 7 members of staff in Manchester, plus many more in their regional UK-offices and are looking to add to these numbers.
Their current workload is in the student accommodation and Residential sectors mostly. They are also working in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, so thereβs a nice balance of varied, exciting project work to get stuck into. Typically, this is all completed using REVIT software, so an awareness of this would be advantageous for this new hire.
There is the opportunity to run and manage your own workload and to grow into a more senior role in the near future!
As a recently qualified Architect, you will be expected to have roughly 0-2 years practical experience (post-qualification). Be comfortable working in a team environment and have a willingness to learn!
