Job Title: Service Level Reporting Manager Market Rate Clearance required: SC Location: Sailsbury (100% Office based) Job Description: Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring all services are accurately described and categorised. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue meets their needs.
