An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Build-to-Rent (BTR) company for a Resident Services Administrator to join our vibrant front-of-house team in Birmingham. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 and the chance to be part of a growing and award-winning business in the UK's private rented sector.

Role Overview:

As a key member of the front-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting day-to-day building operations, and helping foster a strong sense of community among residents.

Key Responsibilities:
