Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Liverpool Salary: £45,000 Benefits: Company van & fuel card, iPad, flue gas analyser, uniform, ongoing training A leading building services provider is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive gas maintenance, fault diagnosis, installations, and minor plumbing work across commercial and domestic systems. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on heating/combustion systems * Complete installations, improvements, and basic electrical fault finding * Maintain plant rooms, stock, and ensure compliance with safety standards * Accurately complete all documentation and reporting * Work across commercial and domestic systems Required Qualifications & Experience: * ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas certified CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, CIGA1, COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A * Full UK driving licence * Strong experience in gas servicing, maintenance, and repairs * Flexible and proactive approach What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary (£38k–£45k DOE) * Company van & fuel card * 20 days holiday + bank holidays * Structured call-out rota * iPad & flue gas analyser * Full uniform & ongoing training Apply now to join a professional team with long-term growth opportunities
