Overview

Role: Domiciliary Optical Assistant – Massive £1,500 Welcome Bonus available (*t\’s and c\’s apply)

Area: Hertfordshire across to Luton and St Albans areas

Working Hours: Full Time – 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary & Benefits: £27,000 ( DOE) plus car allowance (£3,300 per annum)

Enhanced Pension contribution

Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays plus one extra for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optical Assistant to join the Specsavers Home Visits.

As a Domiciliary Optical Assistant, you’ll ensure the delivery of a high, quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings. You must have high standards of dispensing and customer care, in short, you will make sure every customer gets has a great experience with us.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality professional optical services to patients in their homes and in care home settings as part of Specsavers Home Visits.
  • Maintain high standards of dispensing and customer care to ensure a great customer experience.

Other Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • This role is deemed to be regulated activity under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  • An enhanced DBS and barring list check will be required prior to commencement of the role and repeated every 3 years.
