A Key Holder collaborates with the store management in supervising store operations and leading an engaging and inspiring store environment for customers and the store team. This includes driving sales, monitoring key metrics, and developing team members. This role is a key holding position.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Brand Experience
    • Influence: Acts as a brand representative reflecting the company's values; partners with store leadership to create an engaging experience that appeals to FP customers.
    • Customer Connection: Empowers the team to drive sales through personalized service, styling, and outfitting recommendations; creates inspiring selling initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
    • Utilize In-Store Technology: Provides a seamless omni-channel shopping experience by understanding and utilizing store systems and applications.
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Empowerment: Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking skills while prioritising service over tasks.
    • Lead by Example: Participates actively in managing the store environment and customer experience by maintaining an energized pace, fostering positivity, managing daily operations, and driving sales.
    • Share Knowledge: Takes initiative in teaching product knowledge, brand messaging, and customer interaction techniques using resources like Threads, MPOS, the Freeway, and voice of customer tools.
  • Visual & Business Operations
    • Store Operations: Supports daily opening and closing procedures and overall store operations.
    • Support Product Flow: Collaborates with partners to process shipments, restock, and maintain visual standards; ensures timely and accurate omni-channel order fulfillment.
    • Awareness: Adheres to safety standards, maintains inventory accuracy, reduces product loss, and complies with company policies to support store profitability.
  • Communication & Relationships
    • Communication: Responds promptly to communication; shares information actively in meetings, initiatives, and brand focuses.
