The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are looking for a warm, resourceful, energetic and diverse team of Relief Recovery Support Workers to join our service Forest Road in Loughborough. Forest Road is a step-through accommodation based service offering holistic support of up to seven Service Users. Your role will be to support individual service users, taking a person-centred approach to their care and support.

Your role will include:

  • Undertaking the responsibility of being a Key Worker/Co-worker.
  • Planning alongside members of the person's circle of support, and enabling individuals to be happy, healthy and successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.
  • Setting meaningful and aspirational goals which you will support our service users to move towards.

You will be paid on a weekly basis. You will have previous experience of working with people in a recovery-focused way who are experiencing mental health problems, either in a community, residential or inpatient setting. You will be motivated with good communication skills and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes using a person-centred recovery approach.

As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker staff member, you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in Alcester and any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions.
