Job Opportunity: CSCS Site Operative. Pickup will be from site near Tuxford early Monday morning every week. We are seeking three hardworking individuals to join our client's team as a CSCS Site Operative. You will play a crucial role in supporting the construction process of concrete tank installation by assisting and performing manual tasks across multiple sites.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years construction experience, preferably with concrete and reinforcement.
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Card minimum).
- Full driving license is essential as you will need to drive company vans.
- Ability to stay away from home Monday to Friday.
Desirable Qualifications:
- NPORS/CPCS Slinger/Signaller
- IPAF 3a/3b
- NPORS/CPCS Telehandler
Main Duties:
- Fetching and carrying materials
- Heavy lifting
- Using power tools (e.g., Stihl saws)
- Assisting with the installation of concrete water tanks and silos
- General housekeeping
Working Hours:
A standard week involves 40 hours onsite. Overtime is paid at time and a third, with Saturday hours paid at the same rate. Sunday work is paid at time and a half. Travel to and from site (by company vehicle) is paid at 20p per mile. Overnight stays are compensated at £15 per night (tax-free).
Important: This is a temporary-to-permanent position with an immediate start. Please note that staying away from home Monday to Friday is required.
