What we’re looking for We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team – someone who shares our values and is driven to deliver excellent results. The successful candidate will: Be a highly experienced visual designer who has worked on a range of UX and UI projects for a variety of clients Have proficient working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other design-related software Preferably, have a bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in digital design, graphic design, or a related field Have a portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase their experience and creativity Show attention to detail, have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a high level of written English Have the ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders Be a team player whilst being able to work independently. You’ll work across a range of projects for our clients as well as our own brand and website – pursuing design excellence across every aspect of the business. You will be working under the guidance of our Creative Director, with opportunities for professional development, including an annual training budget. Our UX Designer will be expected to: Be involved in the website design process from initial workshops with clients all the way through to delivery Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes Produce visual designs of websites, landing pages, iconography and other areas of the customer journey Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal/external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the end-user Communicate effectively with stakeholders when presenting work and clearly articulate your design rationale Collaborate in pitching ideas and concepts to clients and prospects Display complicated concepts visually Create visual designs and assets whilst adhering to brand guidelines Managing multiple projects, while setting appropriate expectations and meeting realistic deadlines Additional skills in photography, animation, video production, illustration, or coding would be beneficial.
