We are working with an education provider in the Teesside area who are looking for a High Voltage Trainer to join their training team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The job role would consist of you delivering High Voltage Authorised Person training to experienced engineers in teaching blocks. The role would be based at their training centre on Teesside, but you may be expected to cover some sickness over at their York site should the need arise.

The starting salary for this position is between £42,000 and £50,000 per annum, which would also include a company pension, private healthcare, gym membership, and 34 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:

  • Authorised Person status
  • Industrial experience of High Voltage work
  • A desire to pass on your knowledge

Please note that you do not need a teaching qualification in order to apply for the role, as they would be able to put you through one (and pay for it).

This role will involve work with under 18's or vulnerable adults. Any appointment will be made subject to strict vetting and screening checks and receipt of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
