Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant New

As a Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to students studying History, Geography, and other Humanities subjects. This role is ideal for recent Humanities graduates looking to gain valuable classroom experience and considering a career in teaching or education., * Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons across the Humanities curriculum, working alongside experienced teachers.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students, helping them to grasp key concepts, improve their understanding, and achieve their academic targets.

• Support students in preparing for assessments and exams, including developing revision strategies and guiding them through practice questions.

• Create and adapt resources to cater to different learning styles and ensure all students can access the material effectively.

• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff to inform future lesson planning and targeted interventions.

• Encourage students to engage actively in lessons, fostering their interest in History, Geography, and other Humanities topics.

• Support extracurricular activities, such as school trips or clubs, to enhance the overall learning experience.

• Hold a degree in a Humanities-related subject, such as History, Geography, Religious Studies, or similar disciplines.

• Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage young learners.

• Be proactive, patient, and adaptable, with a focus on meeting the individual needs of students.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education.

• Be available full-time from March to the end of the academic year.

• Weekly pay ranging from £419.25 to £500, processed through Teaching Personnel.
