About the Role
Are you a master of the dough, a connoisseur of crusts, and a wizard with yeast? If so, we want you to be a key ingredient in our bakery team! We’re searching for a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast-paced bakery environments. You’ll take pride in contributing to a bakery department which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.
About you and your skills
- Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
- Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting. This is the yeast that will help our team rise to the occasion.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
- Customer obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
- Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
- Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
