Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for preparing all documentation related to the Janitorial and Cleaning functions within the premises. Duties include cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc. You will also monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting any issues to management.
Specific Duties
- Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment/Lessee’s, and Team Members to meet customer needs daily.
- Log, monitor, and report all damages and faults related to the fabric and fixtures.
- Liaise with external contractors and lessees, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety and security procedures.
- Monitor activities of lessees and contractors, reporting issues to the line manager.
- Maintain grounds in a safe and tidy condition, free from dangerous articles, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors.
