This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Sherburn-In-Elmet.
Rate of pay: £23,907 per annum.
Weekly hours: 37.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid break daily.
Shift Patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 6am-2pm & 1pm-9pm.
Working Environment: Mixed.
As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to ensure the accuracy of stock entering or leaving the depot. Activities may include Goods Inbound checks, Picker Accuracy audits, and Load Adherence checks, often involving manual handling.
Key Responsibilities- Audit inbound accuracy of supplier deliveries on the GFR program.
- Audit picker accuracy for stock destined for stores and investigate errors.
- Follow audit and error verification procedures consistently.
- Maintain data integrity at all times.
- Achieve productivity levels aligned with customer expectations.
- Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.
