The Role: Our Assistant Stylists are vital to our grooming salons' success. You will provide high-standard pet care and have a basic understanding of grooming techniques, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming prep. We will provide training and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programmes, to help you grow professionally. We offer a competitive salary and additional skill-based pay enhancements.
We are seeking individuals who:
- Are passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Are flexible to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays), with a minimum of 39 hours, often more during busy periods.
- Have experience working with or handling dogs professionally (desirable but not essential). Bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
- Have experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably target-driven.
