Location: Unite Students, Portsmouth
Salary: £13,420 - £14,299 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 20 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 3 days out of 7, between the hours of 6am and 9pm including both weekend days and one evening per week, dependent on availability and business needs.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you’ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:
- Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students
