We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our established team at our Wellpets Cwmbran practice. The role will include welcoming patients and clients, making appointments, telephone enquiries, taking payments and further administrative tasks. This exciting role would give huge job satisfaction to a highly motivated and organised individual, who can deliver outstanding customer service.

More About You

  • Confident in dealing with clients and have the ability to build positive relationships with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Be computer literate and have at least GCSE's or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and people skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment whilst providing a high quality service.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working hours.

Working pattern

This is a part-time position, averaging 17.12 hours per week. This will cover a variety of shifts across the week, times may vary in line with practice opening hours between 8 am and 7 pm. There is also a 1:4 Saturday morning rota, which is an 8:30 am-1 pm shift.
