Commercial Lead Bristol £75,000 – £90,000 Permanent Option of Hybrid working My client is a highly reputable MEP contractor who is looking for a Hands on Commercial Lead to join their expanding team. The position will be based from the outskirts of Bristol and will suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take their next step or a Commercial Lead who is looking to be part of a very prestigious project. The requirements:- Managing a team of 7 Quantity Surveyors and reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager Assisting with agreeing contract terms and cost plans Assisting with the down stream process Being highly capable with a hands on attitude Being a great support function to the QS and the Commercial Manager Liasing with the client and contractors Have experience within Mechanical and Electrical construction projects using either JCT or NEC contracts Mechanical and Electrical Construction background of at least 10 years NEC or JCT Contracts is essential Enthusiastic approach to their work If this role is of interest please get in touch with Sarah on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
