As the first point of contact, this team is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to legal support.\\n\\nAs a Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of the firm to new clients, representing its values and maintaining high standards of service throughout the onboarding process.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Do\\n\\nDeliver excellent customer care by assisting clients with legal inquiries across a range of communication channels.\\n\\nGather and record client details accurately using case management software.\\n\\nLiaise with legal teams, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department promptly.\\n\\nFacilitate the onboarding process by conducting KYC checks and opening new client matters.\\n\\nManage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks and inboxes are actioned and cleared daily.\\n\\nDevelop a solid understanding of the firm’s legal services and departments.\\n\\nAdapt to changing team and business priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\nEssential:\\n\\nOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.\\n\\nHighly organised with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.\\n\\nStrong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.\\n\\nA proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\nPrevious experience in the legal sector or a similar client-focused role.\\n\\nKnowledge of Proclaim or similar case management systems (training provided).\\n\\nApply now and take the next step in your career with this fantastic opportunity
