We have opportunities with immediate start available, pending compliance and employment checks, with a pharmaceutical business located in Coventry. Working from their facility you will join as part of an expanding multicultural team of Pharmacists, ACT's, Dispensers and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately check and verify dispensed prescriptions in line with SOPs and legal standards
- Ensure safe, timely preparation and dispatch of medications
- Maintain accurate patient records (PMR) and uphold data protection standards
- Identify and escalate medication-related issues to the Responsible Pharmacist
- Support stock management, including ordering, receiving, and regular checks
- Ensure proper storage of medicines and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Handle returns and maintain logs
- Coordinate timely communication with GPs and patients
- Organise batch sheets, monitoring expiry dates of treatments
- GPhC registration as an Accuracy Checking Technician
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy or similar setting preferred
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient safety
