Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Early Years settings? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dynamic TA3 with a strong EYFS background to join our supply team, supporting schools and nurseries across mainstream primary schools in Oldham.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality support to children in Nursery and Reception classes
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Support children’s development in line with EYFS frameworks
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with class teachers and other staff to support individual learning plans
What We’re Looking For:
- TA Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in EYFS settings, ideally within schools or nurseries
- A caring and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
