Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Early Years settings? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dynamic TA3 with a strong EYFS background to join our supply team, supporting schools and nurseries across mainstream primary schools in Oldham.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality support to children in Nursery and Reception classes
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Support children’s development in line with EYFS frameworks
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with class teachers and other staff to support individual learning plans

What We’re Looking For:

  • TA Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in EYFS settings, ideally within schools or nurseries
  • A caring and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
