We are seeking to collaborate with dynamic and self-motivated Talent Consultants on an initial 6-month contract. While experience in technical delivery is preferred, we are open to considering candidates with non-technical sector experience.
The Role of the Talent Delivery Partner:
As a Talent Partner you will play a crucial role in our team, bringing your expertise and innovative approach to talent acquisition and delivery, whilst working closely with our customers as their Account Manager. This role is designed for individuals who are looking for a unique and flexible recruitment delivery role. This is a pure delivery role with zero Business Development.
Responsibilities as a Talent Delivery Partner:
- Designated Account Manager to your inherited customer base.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates to meet project needs.
- Manage the 180-recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on project progress.
- Utilise provided software and equipment to efficiently manage recruitment tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in talent consulting, preferably with a focus on technical delivery (non-technical experience will also be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools – CRM Training Provided.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
