Our self-employed Enforcement Agents/Bailiffs are the front line of our business. They operate in the field, recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and compliant court order enforcement.
Requirements
- Self-employed with enforcement agent experience
- Confident, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience managing vulnerable and challenging situations
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable Skills
- Military or close protection background
- Experience in recovery or collections
- Field sales experience
- Similar enforcement or field roles
No previous enforcement experience needed; full training provided to become a certificated/licensed Enforcement Agent.
