Requirements

  • Self-employed with enforcement agent experience
  • Confident, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience managing vulnerable and challenging situations
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable Skills

  • Military or close protection background
  • Experience in recovery or collections
  • Field sales experience
  • Similar enforcement or field roles

No previous enforcement experience needed; full training provided to become a certificated/licensed Enforcement Agent.
