If so, we have got just the opportunity for you – our Norwich Residential New Homes team are looking for a Viewing Guide to join their busy team! Due to the increased demand for property sales and lettings in Norwich, our award-winning Residential division are looking for a Viewing Guide to join them.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a zero-hour role; hours are flexible - some weeks you may need to work around 3-4 days per week and others none at all! Your work will be based around Norwich including villages and towns nearby - therefore having a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Bidwells' Residential Team provides an unrivalled service for the sale and letting of a wide range of property focusing on new homes in the Norwich office. Each property is handled by a partner or senior agent with expertise who have unrivalled knowledge and experience of the local market.
What you’ll be doing: The successful candidate will be required to meet prospective buyers/tenants at the property and show them around the premises, whilst working from the marketing suite of new home developments occasionally.
About You: It is important that you have previous high-end customer service experience, along with being approachable, professional and diligent, with a mature attitude. Due to the nature of the job, you must hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle and, most importantly, be familiar with Norwich.

What’s in it for you: This role is based on a zero-hour contract, and will attract an hourly rate of £12.60 per hour Monday-Friday, and £15.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday.
