Keep Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for supply roles in Welwyn Garden City. Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties)
- Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies
- Promote positive behaviour and help students with social and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor and assess pupil progress
- Flexible supply work in local schools across Welwyn Garden City
