We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your empathy and skills will make a significant difference in the lives of those you care for.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support clients with daily living activities to promote independence.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Administer first aid as needed and maintain a safe environment for clients.
  • Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Drivers Licence with own Car
  • Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or home care is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by client needs.
