Job Description Role and Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, presenting new challenges. One thing you can be sure of, though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.

Previous experience in a care assistant role is useful but not essential. The key attributes we look for include:
